Both are conveniently located in Orange City, Florida. John Knox Village and Majestic Oaks at John Knox. Both facilities are short and long term facilities.

We have the privilege to provide continuity of care to you in the event you are discharged from the hospital and need to be placed into one of these two facilities. It is beneficial to have your primary care provider continue to provide quality care in these settings.
