Saxon Internal Medicine provides vaccinations and therapeutic injections for many of our long-time patients that are in need. Therapeutic Injections
The therapeutic injections available at Saxon Internal Medicine include, but are not limited to Depo-medrol, ketorolac, Ceftriaxone, as well as Vitamin B12 supplement shots. We also provide therapeutic injections to help treat allergic reactions, temporarily relieve swelling and pain, and help fight infections with the use of the antibiotic ceftriaxone. Vitamin B12 injections are used to help regrow new healthier blood cells and other important cells, such nerve and protein cells in the body. It is also used to help people treat patients whose bodies cannot absorb vitamin B12.
Vaccinations
Getting vaccinated is the first and most important step in making sure you and your family are as healthy as possible. Vaccinations are recommended for adults and the elderly on a yearly basis to fight the constant mutation of influenza and other seasonal illnesses. We are also offering the Covid-19 vaccinations.
